It is charged at £350 for a one-hour consultation support session, where Olivia personally accompanies you to your appointment with a doctor or surgeon or £1,600 per day for hospital chaperoning.

During your consultation, Olivia will:

* Take clear notes, ensuring that you remember every detail afterwards.

* Push back when needed, helping you secure clear, thorough answers.

* Clarify recommendations, explaining what is being proposed in plain, accessible language.

* Ensure you receive fair appointment times and access, advocating on your behalf.

Following the consultation, Olivia can join you for a coffee to debrief and discuss your next steps, or, if more convenient, arrange a follow-up call to help you reflect on what was discussed.
