Can I book one-to-one consultations?
Yes. All ticket types include pre-bookable consultations with carefully chosen experts, with additional opportunities to speak to practitioners throughout the day.
Which experts will be there?
You’ll meet a carefully curated selection of the UK’s most respected cosmetic surgeons, aesthetic doctors, dentists, dermatologists, wellness practitioners and leading beauty brands. The full line-up will be announced on our Instagram in September.
Can I have treatments on the day?
The focus is on education and expert advice, but every guest will get to select a mini beauty or wellness treatment. Book your tickets early for the best choice of treatments.
Is this event suitable if I’m just starting my research?
Absolutely. Many guests come because they’re considering a treatment but don’t know where to begin. The Editors List Live is designed to help you separate marketing hype from genuine medical expertise.

What’s in the goody bag?
Every guest will receive a carefully curated luxury goody bag filled with some of Olivia’s favourite beauty and wellness discoveries, worth over £300. Please note if you do not attend the event we will not be able to ship your goodie bag to you as they are heavy!
What should I wear?
Whatever makes you feel comfortable. It’s a relaxed, stylish event, so think smart casual.
Will food and drinks be available?
We will be serving complementary drinks in our conversation cafe throughout the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because of the highly personalised nature of this event and the amount of admin we put into every single schedule and experience, once a ticket is booked, it cannot be refunded, but you can transfer your ticket and experiences to a friend. Simply contact us as soon as possible with their name and contact details.
Where is the event taking place?
Ladbroke Hall, 79 Barlby Road, West London, W10 6AZ one of the capital’s most beautiful cultural venues.
What is the best way to get to the event?
The nearest tube station is Ladbroke Grove which is on the Hammersmith and City line although please be aware this is a good 15 minute walk from the venue and it can often be raining and a bit dark in January. It may be more comfortable to take an Uber or jump in the car, as it’s a Sunday you can park on a single yellow line and there was usually plenty of parking close by to the venue.
